We give SO MUCH ENERGY to the concerns over children and COVID-19 but we need to come back to this reality: the risk to kids is very, very low. How low? Only 22 states have even reported COVID-19 deaths among children ages 0 to 17. Note that certain states have reported fewer than 10 deaths for children and those are suppressed at the national level for privacy and even statistical reasons.
Is yours on there?
As Dr. Walensky notes: “children aren't supposed to die”. That's true, but over this same time period about 62,000 children HAVE died of other causes because Dr. Walensky has yet to figure out how to prevent death.

COVID-19 deaths account for less than 1% of all pediatric deaths.
Keep in mind THERE ARE 73 MILLION CHILDREN IN THE UNITED STATES.
For the entire pandemic the risk of dying of COVID-19 for our kids is 1 in 1.8 million. How does that stack up? Well, feel free to use this infographic:
The burdens we have put on children, closing schools, masking up, vaccine risks… far outweigh the actual risk to their beings.

One last stat.
Since July of last year about 70K children have been hospitalized related to COVID. Here's that chart by state and month.

The masks and virtual classrooms were never about the safety of the kids. At best it was a total overreaction to protect the teachers who had been scared into incoherence by Fauci and the mask police. True there were some places where the COVID was running wild, like New York, but most people were not in as much danger as they let on. What was a total blessing as far as they were concerned was how they could control the population and indoctrinate an entire generation of children with that reality.
Fortunately for us, we got to see how they were teaching our children Marxist politics, socialist economics and racism. We need a new bureaucracy in Washington, a new DOJ, FBI and DHS, and fundamental changes to the education system, teachers unions, college campuses, and the special interests that subvert all of those institutions.
It was Better Before Biden and it will be better again, after he is gone.
