Pfizer Doc Revelations: Some Serious Concerns for Younger Cohorts

-

Our intrepid analyst Jean Rees is pouring over the newly released documents and has some interesting findings.

recently released a swath of documents after being forced to escalate its release schedule from 75 years to 72 hours. Here. We. Go!

TL;DR. If you've been infected with previously and recovered your antibody titers are pretty robust (titers are a measure of your immune system's antibodies to ward off COVID) . The younger you are the more robust those titers are sustained. If that person is then vaccinated those titers can go “tilt” and form “immune complexes” which could cause problems. One of the items Jean uncovers below: younger people had some moderate and and pretty severe joint pains. This is confirmation of something we've seen before.

And that's the just the tip of the iceberg.

In reading through the FDA Pfizer Doc release, I wanted to highlight as I've noted before – there were more AEs (Adverser Reactions) the lower in age you went. The FDA would not break the 18-55 year old cohort down further (due to it being under EUA). I was especially interested in those with previous infections. Email from 5/4/21 (previously released a few weeks ago):

From reading the 12/10/20 VRBPAC (Vaccines and Related Biological Products Advisory Committee) Pfizer EUA docs, I knew that there more reported AEs in the younger ages (the 18-55 cohort vs. 55+)

Highlighted in doc, below.

We know, now, there are significant differences in the amount of NT50s by age and prev infection, the lower you go in age, and/or if you have been prev infected, increases them:

NOTE: NT50s refers to “50% neutralization titers” or the amount of antibodies present after a specific amount of time. The concern here by Jean being… they already have enough antibodies – especially if they are infected – what happens when we vaccine-boost that system? Well, we're getting answers now.

From today's Pfizer docs we have details about new or worsened joint pain:
16+ year olds:

  • Moderate: Vax 581 (12.0%), placebo 169 (3.6%) or 3.3x in vax arm
  • Severe: Vax 42 (0.9%), placebo 6 (0.1%) or 9x in the vax arm

Moderate is defined as “interferes with activity.”
Severe is “prevents daily activity”

Now, let's compare those to 12-15 yos and 5-11 yos:

New or worsened joint pain:

12-15 year olds:

  • Moderate 12-15 years old Vax 78 (7.1%), placebo 21 (1.9%) or 3.7x
  • Severe Vax 4 (0.4%), placebo 0 (0.0%) or X

Pfizer Sponsor Doc had 25% of 5-11 year olds in trial post 2nd dose experiencing joint pain:

Now, let's have a look at reports from the CDC Wonder data base with regard to “Gait Disturbances”

CDC Wonder is the database publishing verified data for injuries, ailments, deaths and adverse reactions.

From Jean Rees tweet Dec 31, 2021

Primarily in 5-11 yos, some 12-17 yos. This list is not exhaustive There seems to be a pattern forming Dr. Whelan, Ped Rheuma @ UCLA, opined, in the BMJ, about potential immune complexes forming in the joints, meninges, & kidneys

Jean continues:

FDA could only account for 25% of the LNP dispersion.

  • LNP #1 — 50% went out in feces, the other 50% ?
  • LNP# 2 — “Appears” to have metabolized, to where? How? There were no trials conducted, no data available — it “appears”

Note: LNP stands for “lipid nanoparticles” – these lipids are the packaging delivering the mRNA instructions to the body. The documents today spell out that a LOT of LNPs cannot be accounted for.
