Senate Democrats Unanimously Vote With China to Downsize US Economy

Every Senate Democrat, including so-called moderates like Joe Manchin and Kyrsten Sinema, voted against a measure proposed by South Carolina Republican that would have nullified regulations for greenhouse gas emissions unless they were enacted by as well.

However, vulnerable Democrat Senators like Mark Kelly, Maggie Hassan, Raphael Warnock, and Catherine Cortez Masto voted AGAINST the Scott provision. 

Not only are these votes completely unjustifiable, but they amount to a massive appeasement to China and Russia.

Arrighi: “If you support addressing , but don't stand up to China, you are essentially appeasing the world's largest polluter.  If you don't cut off funding to Putin at every turn, you are helping continue his brutal bombardment of . Today, Democrats showed that neither of these two things are as important as saving their Green New Deal fantasies.”

As of 2008, only 1% of China's 560 million city dwellers breathe air that is considered safe by western standards. Since then, the crisis has only gotten worse — and spread internationally.
