Fox News Raises Questions About What White House Knew About Supreme Court Leak

-

It's abundantly clear that hope to use the 's draft opinion on overturning Roe v. Wade to save themselves from a midterm shellacking. Their strategy to motivate their base revolves around delegitimizing the Court and refusing to comment on the leaker.

This response led White House correspondent Peter Doocy to ask Jen Psaki on Wednesday what the administration thought about the most extraordinary security breach in the history of the Court.

And if the leaker should be punished.

RedState's Nick Arama adds:

That was a question Psaki didn't anticipate, and she had no real response except to say that they said it was a real draft. But it's still a leak and not a final decision. So the answer is, once again, that they are hypocrites.

So, why are they jumping on leaked material that isn't even a final decision? And why are they not condemning the leak? Because it all serves their purposes. They don't care about blowing up norms. Indeed they're all for blowing up norms — if it helps them — from blowing up the electoral college to packing the Court. That's why they don't care if this leak hurts the Court.

Later Wednesday evening, Fox News' Bret Baier revealed that the White House may have known about the leak days beforehand. If that's true, it begs the question: What did the administration know, and when did they know it?

  1. If the White House knew about it beforehand, there’s no doubt they approved it going public.

  2. Of course the Xi den regime knew. Thats what commie dems do, incite violence, insurrection, riots, looting, arson, rape and murder. Pelosi et al ARE the leak. Lets get a J6 style committee to investigate the ‘on purpose’ leak. Ohh, umm, btw, Roe v Wade is D.O.A. Dems won’t be using taxpayer money to murder babies.
