(June 16, 2022, Washington, D.C.) — The Federation for American Immigration Reform issued the following statement, as well as a deeper dive into record-setting May border numbers, based on data released late June 15 by the Biden administration:
“May was a record-setting month for the Biden administration. Record high gas prices, 40-year high inflation numbers, and a record number of illegal aliens encountered at our borders – surpassing the old record set all the way back…in April,” noted Dan Stein, president of the Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR).
“But even the raw number of 239,416 border encounters does not tell the full story. In May, U.S. Customs and Border Protection apprehended an unprecedented number of criminals, gang members, and lethal drugs pouring across the border that will almost certainly lead to a new record in opioid-related deaths. Safe to say, none of these are the sort of records the American public were looking for when they elected Joe Biden. In fact, the best thing that can be said about the crisis the president has created at the border is that it could have been a whole lot worse if not for the fact the a federal judge blocked President Biden’s plan to end Title 42 last month. And yet, in spite of the mounting disaster, President Biden steadfastly refuses to change any of the policies that truly are the root causes of this crisis,” Stein said.
FAIR Border Snapshot for May 2022
• Southwest border encounters set another single-month record in May.
• CBP had 239,416 migrant encounters at the Southwest border in May 2022, including 165,200 single adults, 59,517 family units, and 14,699 unaccompanied minors.
o 32.6 percent increase from May 2021 (180,597).
o 930.3 percent increase from May 2020 (33,049).
o Over 1 in 3 migrants encountered by Border Patrol were single adults.
• This is the HIGHEST number of monthly encounters in the last two decades.
• Since President Biden took office, there have been over 2.9 million migrant encounters at the southern border alone.
• May was the 15th straight month with more than 150,000 encounters
• CBP expelled only 42 percent of individuals under Title 42 in May 2022, again highlighting the Biden administration’s refusal to fully utilize the public health authority.
o If Title 42 is eventually terminated, CBP expects up to 18,000 migrant encounters per day.
• One thing to keep in mind: border encounter numbers do not include those who got away from immigration authorities. CBP sources quietly revealed that there have been 440,000 “known gotaways” at the border since Fiscal Year 2022 began. This already exceeds reports of 390,000 known got away in all of Fiscal Year 2021.
Notable Criminal Activity in May 2022

Those refugees/illegals being forced on US States that do not have the budget or facilities to pay for and accommodate them, unfair on all levels; extreme monetary burden besides the heath issues they bring with them! Holding areas are overwhelmed and health issues explode along with the fact that many are COVID-19 untested or already have COVID-19!
3. XL Pipeline shut down, extreme loss of tax dollars and good paying jobs. Biden’s illegal Executive Order defies Congressional legislation funding the project. Where is the outrage from Congress, affected States must sue Biden to reverse his “Exec’ Order? Time is money, when will the lawsuit outcome be determined? And then Joe Biden “BEGS” OPEC for more oil!
4. Existing oil pipeline “hacked” causing 15,000 gas stations to go without gas. Biden’s Exec’ Orders had already caused gasoline prices to rise Nationwide which will now continue for who knows how long. The “hackers” were emboldened by Biden’s foreign policies which have made America look timid, weak, and accommodating to those who would challenge him; (China and Iran anyone)? Oh yes, the “hackers” are known to the FBI (?) and are, even though supposedly not part of the Russian Regime, are based in Russia! Instead of pursuit, international cooperation, and incarceration, the “hackers publicly admit the crime,” announce they are not done and are “paid handsomely by the ownership of the pipeline” for their illicit crime against America. WOW, and who said crime does not pay?

6. Biden and his cohorts in Congress (the House) are increasing the National Debt by “TRILLIONS” and believe in the “good fairy” or the Leprechaun’s “gold at the end of the rainbow” oh, not so? I know, Biden’s promise will be reversed as all his campaign promises are or will be ignored, spun, or just flat out denied (the Democrats are good at that). Because guess what, Biden knows where the money is going to come from, working in America and our struggling corporations via tax hikes and then subsequent tax hikes, oh yes, they are coming!
7. Biden is a pariah and an extreme threat to (the list is too long) as are the counter productive and costly actions he has already implemented and unfortunately, he is not done unless we stop him. (2022) we as voters can insure, he becomes a “LAME DUCK” President and if we do not his first term will be the most destructive, we have ever experienced and I thought Obama held that infamous title, Biden has taken it from him in less that (4) months!
AND there it is, the transparency and the bi-partisan cooperation Biden promised, however, in a completely different context than his campaign promises represented.
Could the (Giuliani) raid be any more transparent as a “Get Back” at a man that is a very real threat to Biden, his family and all the corrupt miscreants of his inner circle? The current version of DOJ and the FBI are a disgrace to law enforcement and our Nation. Both should be under federal investigation, however, until Conservatives win back the majority, we will have to endure their corrupt dealings as neither will be touched by this Congress which is another matter altogether.
WE, as a “NATION” can do something about Congress and once we have done that, we can demand the new members start that investigation to include vetting all their employees. If the results of that vetting deplete their workforce (as I suspect, it will) then do the same for Homeland Security. Once all are vetted and the bad, politicized, corrupt, biased employees are gone (with OPM red flags stopping future federal employment) then roll what is left into a single entity with a moniker such as, “Homeland Security and National Law Enforcement Agency”. The federal budget savings will be enormous and the employee base (at least at its inception) will be comprised of persons that care about our Nation and not a political party. And, in so doing also create a calendar for review of job performance that is for all employees (top to bottom).
Other budget savings, dismantle and dissolve the IRS, the Department of Education and the myriad of federal government agencies that have been previously identified by accounting review as having redundant mission activities.
How do we manage Congress, we demand, each one of us, that our representatives in the House and the Senate bring legislation to the floor for “Congressional Term Limits” and insist their vote is cast to pass that legislation? If not, they will not be an incumbent much longer. Our Founding Fathers never envisioned a career be made serving in Congress and if alive today they would most certainly put a stop to it. In addition, we demand their autonomy be taken away and their employment package be placed with OPM to include all the current absurd rewards they have voted for themselves be discontinued. Congress has no fear of the voter and no loyalty to their constituents if they control their own destinies which they do as career politicians.
I believe that the term must be long enough to do the job but short enough to deter a certain type of person from even running for a seat in Congress. I propose: Senate (8) years House (6) years and now that SCOTUS has entered the political arena the justice seats must also be toppled from lifetime to term limits as well. SCOTUS “Term Limits” will inherently serve two purposes; it will expedite the extraordinary amount of time now taken to hear/rule on cases and will curtail (hopefully) the current politicization of their appointments. SCOTUS a term limit of (10) years.
Hey Governors, yes, you who have southern borders that are being overrun, what about standing up for your constituents (your state’s legal residents) and set up a secondary, interior border from the entry border that the fed’s control. Federal law enforcement officer’s hands are tied behind their backs by this so-called President because they are obligated to conduct his Executive Orders on immigration even though they conflict with our immigration laws. Lawsuits will eventually put Biden down, however, in the meantime his agenda’s goals are being fulfilled 24/7.
So, Governors, stop the refugee/illegal flood in its tracks. Take control of your interior and deny entry, turn the buses around and let them sit idling at the border. You have the legal right and the moral obligation to protect the health and welfare of your state’s residents and Biden has no justification, legal or otherwise to blatantly jeopardize both. Biden is acting as a “DICTATOR” placing his “PERSONAL” agenda over state, citizen concerns for their (health and welfare) and the Governor’s obligation to protect both.

Both should be under federal investigation, however, until Conservatives win back the majority, we will have to endure their corrupt dealings as neither will be touched by this Congress which is another matter altogether.
WE, as a “NATION” can do something about Congress and once we have done that, we can demand the new members start that investigation to include vetting all their employees. If the results of that vetting deplete their workforce (as I suspect, it will) then do the same for Homeland Security. Once all are vetted and the bad, politicized, corrupt, biased employees are gone (with OPM red flags stopping future federal employment) then roll what is left into a single entity with a moniker such as, “Homeland Security and National Law Enforcement Agency”. The federal budget savings will be enormous and the employee base (at least at its inception) will be comprised of persons that care about our Nation and not a political party. And, in so doing also create a calendar for review of job performance that is for all employees (top to bottom).
Other budget savings, dismantle and dissolve the IRS, the Department of Education and the myriad of federal government agencies that have been previously identified by accounting review as having redundant mission activities.
How do we manage Congress, we demand, each one of us, that our representatives in the House and the Senate bring legislation to the floor for “Congressional Term Limits” and insist their vote is cast to pass that legislation? If not, they will not be an incumbent much longer. Our Founding Fathers never envisioned a career be made serving in Congress and if alive today they would most certainly put a stop to it. In addition, we demand their autonomy be taken away and their employment package be placed with OPM to include all the current absurd rewards they have voted for themselves be discontinued. Congress has no fear of the voter and no loyalty to their constituents if they control their own destinies which they do as career politicians.
I believe that the term must be long enough to do the job but short enough to deter a certain type of person from even running for a seat in Congress. I propose: Senate (8) years House (6) years and now that SCOTUS has entered the political arena the justice seats must also be toppled from lifetime to term limits as well. SCOTUS “Term Limits” will inherently serve two purposes; it will expedite the extraordinary amount of time now taken to hear/rule on cases and will curtail (hopefully) the current politicization of their appointments. SCOTUS a term limit of (10) years.
Hey Governors, yes, you who have southern borders that are being overrun, what about standing up for your constituents (your state’s legal residents) and set up a secondary, interior border from the entry border that the fed’s control. Federal law enforcement officer’s hands are tied behind their backs by this so-called President because they are obligated to conduct his Executive Orders on immigration even though they conflict with our immigration laws. Lawsuits will eventually put Biden down, however, in the meantime his agenda’s goals are being fulfilled 24/7.
So, Governors, stop the refugee/illegal flood in its tracks. Take control of your interior and deny entry, turn the buses around and let them sit idling at the border. You have the legal right and the moral obligation to protect the health and welfare of your state’s residents and Biden has no justification, legal or otherwise to blatantly jeopardize both. Biden is acting as a “DICTATOR” placing his “PERSONAL” agenda over state, citizen concerns for their (health and welfare) and the Governor’s obligation to protect both.
Biden, Harris, Pelosi, and the rest of their political groupies have no patriotism and certainly no care or concern for the legal citizens of the United States of America and their “open the border” policy proves that fact without equivocation. We can stop them in 2022 (make him a lame duck president by our votes) however, action “now” is mandated as they will not stop the inflow of refugees/illegals until they are made to do so!
I am one mad “Patriot” and short of taking up arms against our fed’s I am doing all that I can to personally impact and change what is wrong with our Nation and what voter apathy, non-registration to vote and the hard to understand “what I call cattle mentality” of the public to believe the vile propaganda being spewed over our airwaves 24/7 by an anti-heritage America mass media. Come-on folks, where is your common sense, where is your desire to have the rule-of-law applied/upheld, where is your disgust and abhorrence of BLM and ANTIFA and enemies of the state like George Soros? You who voted for the Biden/Harris ticket how do you feel now? Did you expect Biden’s campaigns promises to be conducted in the manner they are unfolding (the exact opposite of) well we did who knew better and voted for our President Trump. Did you expect refugees/illegals to be the new Administration’s top priority at the expense of the Nation and its legal citizens? Well, 2022 is your chance to make amends and vote for Conservatives who do “have your back” and have been proving that as fact despite the uphill battle they have had to endure to do so.
Can you not understand why the Left controlled media and entertainment industry hated Donald Trump as did all the Liberal Left Socialist career politicians? From their perspective: How dare a wealthy business man (proven winner despite personal economic losses) run for the presidency, how dare he do a better job of it than career politicians, how dare he do it without payback to those he owed (he owed no one) after all aren’t pork barrel projects a career politician’s moniker, how dare he believe in the American people after all aren’t they our chattel and most of all the Far Left Socialist Democrats hatred of our Constitutional Republic (Democracy) and his mantra, lets “Make America Great” again.
Oh yes, how double dare Donald Trump donate his salary to a charity of his choice; those salary dollars are from taxes, and we own them, and he is giving our tax dollars away? Again, proving Donald Trump is a man of integrity despite all the opposition’s attempts to paint him otherwise and thus their hate intensifies as all, I mean all their attempts to discredit him have failed and failed miserably!
Get smart, get mad, get payback, and make Biden’s assault on our Democracy end by making his last two years in office “hell on earth” as he has done to our America his first 100+ days in office and will continue to do unless stopped in 2022 by your votes for Conservatives, thus making him the “lame duck” he deserves to be. And the worst of it is that it is becoming more evident and clearer to America that Joe Biden is sitting in the oval office based on a national vote total that is based on fraudulent, altered, and illegal ballots.
So, all you who are informed, Conservative voters who know Christians who do not register nor vote, apathetic voters who see incumbent and vote “status-quo”, the delusional that believe “this too will pass” or “all things work out for the best” and the habitual who vote for the same political party because that is what their family has done for generations show them a different way to think. Please encourage them to look, listen and seek the truth before casting their votes and those that do not vote let them know why that is detrimental to the continuance of the freedoms, they unfortunately take for granted or believe they do not have to defend to have.
“God Bless America” and “In God We Trust” must never be forgotten or abandoned by America because those beliefs are the corner stone of the foundation of our Constitutional Republic (Democracy). The Founding Fathers were most assuredly “divinely inspired” as their creation of documents to provide/establish/guide a government such as ours has been unsurpassed since they created it. That reality is more in jeopardy today than ever before in our history.
Voter abstinence, apathy, and lack of oversight have allowed what we have in the oval office today, a viable and deadly threat to our America and we must wake-up and fight back before it is too late because “the end” is on the near horizon if we do not! “Partisan bias” must be stricken from our political vocabulary and replaced with an honest, faithful to, bi-partisan approach to solving our nation’s problems. Cooperation unifies and allows differences to exist, extreme bias separates. We had our physical Civil War, and it was a horrible blight on our Nation and now we are in another war, but for now on a political level, let us end it before another horror besets our Nation because American Patriots will never let our Nation fall into the quagmire of Socialism! Where is the former Democratic Party, it is not what calls itself that in today’s world?
Remember the results of the man and not that he had a personality for which you did not care. President Donald Trump was a winner, a patriot and he most assuredly put you and America first. Take a moment and look at what his accomplishments were, you will find they were good for you and our Nation. Past Presidents of the United States that were “slick, smooth, charismatic talkers” were also devious, put political party or personal bias first and may or may not have been successful in their role as President. Another non-politician President, Ronald Reagan, also outshined and performed his predecessors as did Donald Trump.
And as of today (06/10/2022) the egregious list of his “violations of the law of the land” has exponentially grown, much to the chagrin and utter dismay of me and my fellow Patriots!

There may be DACA adults who are doing the right thing, but it is difficult to say. In Sept 2016, Obama addresses a DACA gatheirn ghosted by Gina Rodriguez. She said all who live here shuld be called citizens because they contribute to society. Obama said,”Not true. When you vote, you are a citizen.” He spent three minutes explaining that INS data bases are not linked to data bases of voter rolls. “So, you can vote without fear of exposing any undocumented household members.”

No one has put accountability where it belongs. Obama issued this DACA which was void in the beginning. The DACA kids(most are adults) should refer to their parents for their existence here. They came here illegally and we have laws addressing this.

Obama and Biden knew it was wrong to use Executive action for a program like this. The supreme court has since agreed they overstepped their bounds. There is no way the American people are going to agree to this now that Biden has let millions of unknown people into this country. He needs to shut down our borders and focus on unleashing our ability to become energy independent and rein in inflation. Hint: reining in inflation does not mean the government should spend more money. It means the opposite.

This should not be done and no way should there be a path to citizenship for these illegal aliens. They are here illegally, this is a fact. The parents knew what they were doing when they brought them here. They were convinced that in the end, they would get away with it.
This hurts everyday working Americans as these phony dreamers and other illegals take our jobs. Only corporate America benefits along with the Democrats. The corporations get abundant cheap labor while the Democrats get additional voters.
Most of all this phony Dreamer Act does not solve the problem but makes it worse. Word will get out to the entire third world that if you illegally cross the border with children, then you get to stay and your children get citizenship, not deportation. Instead hundreds of thousands of future dreamers we get tens of millions of future dreamers.

Anyone with half a brain would have realized decades ago this issues needs a solution. OOPS, have a brain leaves out all of DC.

Now that votes are needed the Dems are pushing this, the only reason it com3 up now. What poor ethics we have throughout DC.
