ANALYSIS – The horrific mass shooting by a deranged white gunman in Buffalo, New York has prodded the liberal media to breathlessly focus on the ‘great replacement theory.' (RELATED: Tucker Carlson Fires Back at Claims He Inspired Mass Shooter)
This idea posits that Democrats have been aggressively pushing an open-borders immigration policy for decades to replace traditional Americans of European descent with third-world migrants more likely to be co-opted by the Left.
Calling it ‘racist,' ‘fringe,' ‘extremist,' ‘discredited' and all manner of other epithets, the liberal media, in collusion with the Democrat Party want to turn a simple statement of political fact about an obvious Democrat strategy into some sort of white nationalist conspiracy theory pushed by ugly Republicans.
The UK's liberal paper, The Guardian writes:
Born from far-right nationalism, the extremist ideology expounding the view that immigration will ultimately destroy white values and western civilization has found favor not only with media figures, such as the conservative Fox News host Tucker Carlson, but a host of elected politicians and others seeking office.
Those who have convinced themselves Democrats are operating an open-door immigration policy to “replace” Republican voters with people of color and keep themselves in power permanently include Congresswoman Elise Stefanik, chair of her party's House conference, and JD Vance, the Donald Trump-approved Republican nominee to represent Ohio in the US Senate.
After the Buffalo shooting, the pair are among those receiving blowback for embracing the conspiracy theory that the killer referred to repeatedly in an online manifesto authorities believe he posted to justify the attack.
And while anyone who would use any political theory or observation, to commit mass murder like the white nationalist shooter in Buffalo or the black nationalist shooter in Brooklyn, is likely deranged and should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, the facts seem to buttress the general themes of this theory.
There has, in fact, been a dramatic, overwhelming shift by Democrats to open borders immigration for at least two decades. These left-wing policies have been disproportionately focused on promoting immigration from third-world countries and regions rather than Europe.
And while they have at times been ignorantly supported by some Republicans, the result, at least in the short term, generally supports Democrats and their obsession with diversity, multiculturalism and racial warfare.
This isn't a theory. It's pretty much a fact. And it's integral to the Democrat electoral strategy.
In fact, in a dramatic shift from 1995, today 43% of Democrats are people of color. Most of that non-white growth among Democrats has been among Asian-Americans and Latinos, the two largest sources of immigrant growth in the U.S. (RELATED: Poll Shows Biden Losing Support Among Every Group – But Especially Independents and Hispanics)
As a conservative American of Hispanic heritage, political analyst and Spanish media commentator, I have been at the forefront of observing and calling out the Democrat Party's efforts for years.
Making the point clearly, Republican Senate candidate J.D. Vance stated at a campaign event in Portsmouth last month: “You're talking about a shift in the democratic makeup of this country that would mean we never win, meaning Republicans would never win a national election in this country ever again.”
While I disagree with Vance's emphasis on ‘never' winning again, since many third-world immigrants steadily become more conservative as they break free of the initial leftist indoctrination they receive, the overall idea is valid.
Tucker Carlson, the Fox News host, said it best, and most accurately, on his show last year, when he stated: “Demographic change is the key to the Democratic party's political ambitions. In order to win and maintain power, Democrats plan to change the population of the country.”
Of course, despite the simple statement of political fact, the Left became apoplectic over his “nefarious” stance, with The Washington Post columnist Greg Sargent writing that the replacement idea: “exposes the ideological underbelly of the broader right-wing populist nationalist movement that he and his defenders champion.”
But not all liberal media have followed this line before.
In 2019, NPR noted how far left the Democrats had moved on immigration in a very short time, essentially reversing their opinion on immigrants since 1994: “The makeup of the Democratic Party has changed, and its base has adopted a fundamentally more progressive attitude on immigration in a relatively short time span, which poses a challenge for party leaders.”
But more pointedly, the liberal Atlantic Monthly in 2017 admitted the Democrat strategy as clearly as can be stated:
Between 2008 and 2016, Democrats became more and more confident that the country's growing Latino population gave the party an electoral edge. To win the presidency, Democrats convinced themselves, they didn't need to reassure white people skeptical of immigration so long as they turned out their Latino base. “The fastest-growing sector of the American electorate stampeded toward the Democrats this November,” Salon declared after Obama's 2008 win. “If that pattern continues, the GOP is doomed to 40 years of wandering in a desert.”
As NPR, The Atlantic and Salon admitted just a few years ago, the ‘great replacement' isn't theory, it's not fringe and certainly not discredited. It's fact. But today the Left and Democrat Party will do anything and everything to hide it.

It really is getting close to the time when we need to divide the country and let the communists and their minions try to survive without European inspired values such as America has had for over two hundred years. The destruction of the family, our industry, our society in general with the left’s/democrat’s Marxist, socialist, wokeness, sexual confusion, misuse of the English language, well, who is gong to support all of the political activists who know nothing of managing even their own affairs or working on anything but cheating in elections and political propaganda?
